12-08-26 Adeline is a sweet little Shih Tzu who has come into our care from a breeder in search of a new start.

Although she will run away when we approach her, she is easy to pick up and handle and will wag her little tail while we fuss her. Adeline is a happy character who has been enjoying meeting other dogs and is quite a nosey little girl. She is also doing well with human company and is happy to have some gentle fuss and attention.

Adeline gets on wonderfully with her kennel friends and relies on their company for comfort, so she will need a kind resident dog in her new home to help guide her and give her the reassurance she needs as she settles in and finds her paws. We would consider homing her with dog savvy teenagers.

As Adeline has never lived in a home before, she will need to learn all about house training, lead training, and the other basics of home life. Her new family will need to be patient and give her time to adjust to all the new sights, sounds and routines.

Adeline is a lovely little girl with a happy personality who is already showing us that there is a lot more confidence waiting to come out. With a kind canine companion and a patient family, we hope she will continue to blossom and enjoy her new life.

Adeline has had a cyst removed at the time of her spay.

She has a travel document.
