  • Human family requirements

I can live with older, dog-savvy kids aged 13+ who allow me time to settle in.

  • Other pet requirements

I will need a kind resident dog to take me under their wing. I have never met cats.

  • House and garden requirements

I can be a little nervous, and will need a secure garden to learn about the outdoors.

  • Out and about requirements

I have never been on walks, but may be too scared and will need some time.

  • Training needs

I have never lived in a home so I will need help to learn house training.

  • Medical issues

I have an abdominal hernia that will be addressed at the time of spay.

26-08-26 Tadpole is a sweet little lady who has come to us from a breeder. She will approach you if you sit quietly and give her time to sniff and get comfortable, but she can quickly lose confidence and retreat. She is easy to handle and is very curious, showing that she is trying her best to be brave.

Tadpole relies on her kennel friends for comfort, so she will need at least one kind and confident resident dog in her new home that she can lean on as she continues to build her confidence. She will need a quiet home where she can learn about trust and settle in at her own pace. Tadpole can live with sensible, dog-savvy teens aged 13+ who will give her the time and space she needs.

She has never lived in a home before, so her adopters will need to be patient and kind as she learns about house training and walking on a lead. Tadpole is a gorgeous little girl who is trying so hard to be brave, and we think she will blossom with the right family.

Tadpole has arrived with an abdominal hernia that will be addressed at the time of spay.
