Imran
21-08-25 Imran is a bright, beautiful, and endlessly joyful boy who originally came to us from a breeder. Full of energy and confidence, he absolutely loves meeting new people and will happily throw himself into your arms for a cuddle and a fuss. This lively little lad is bursting with personality and has a heart full of love to give.
Imran was recently adopted, but unfortunately, he was returned through no fault of his own. His previous adopters felt he wasn’t quite the right match for their home, and now he’s back with us, ready for the perfect forever family. Even with this brief setback, Imran’s spirit hasn’t dimmed, he remains the same fun-loving, affectionate boy he’s always been.
He has previously lived happily alongside both male and female dogs, getting along brilliantly with them, and he would thrive in a home with another friendly dog to play and romp with. That said, he could also be homed as an only dog, provided his new family has plenty of time to devote to his lively, social personality.
Imran is learning about house training and has made great progress, with only a few minor accidents. His new adopters will need patience to continue this training and help him learn the rhythms of home life. He is a very people-focused boy, so with guidance, consistency, and lots of love, he will settle beautifully.
He has low-grade slipping patellas in his right leg, which will need monitoring, and a squishy nose that requires regular care. A nasal wedge procedure was performed at the time of his castration, and he is otherwise healthy and full of energy. He has shown that he can coexist with cats at a distance, which can be assessed further at the rescue if his new home includes dog-savvy feline friends.
Imran would thrive in an active home with a family who can match his lively personality and love of life. He’s a wonderful, affectionate, and playful boy who deserves a patient, understanding, and loving forever home, one where he can continue to shine and be the joyful, heartwarming companion he was always meant to be.
