  • Medical issues

I have some warts on my paws but they don't cause any issues.

Tubby is a lovely girl who has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. She is a dainty little lady with the sweetest nature, though she is currently feeling quite nervous and overwhelmed by all the changes in her world. What she needs most now is a calm and quiet home filled with patience, love, and understanding.

Tubby will need another kind and confident resident dog in her new home to be her friend and guide as she learns to trust and settle into family life. Ideally she would like this to be a male dog and around her size or larger. Tubby has met a cat here and was fine with them so may be able to live with a dog savvy cat.

She’s never lived in a home before, so her adopters will need to gently help her with important new skills like house training and adjusting to a household routine.

Although she can be shy, Tubby does allow gentle handling and loves a soft stroke once she feels safe and will even follow you around the play yard. She can walk nicely on a harness but does still need to build up her confidence going for walks.

Tubby has a wonderful heart and so much potential, she just needs the right home to help her blossom. If you can offer her the security and friendship she longs for, she will reward you with loyalty and love.

She has some warts on her left paw, but this doesn't cause her any issues.
