  • Human family requirements

I need an experienced adult-only home where I can feel safe and loved.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a resident dog to help me feel safe. I've never met cats so I'm unsure!

  • House and garden requirements

I will need a safe and secure garden that I can explore at my own pace.

  • Out and about requirements

I love walks but I'm still unsure about certain noises, rural walks may be best.

  • Training needs

I have never lived in a home so I will need help to learn house training.

  • Medical issues

I am spayed and ready to find my forever home.

Meet Rhea, a beautiful, gentle girl who has come to us from a breeder and is now learning, step by step, what love and kindness truly mean. When she first arrived, Rhea was very frightened – she barely ate and would shy away from people. But with patience and gentle handling, she has made incredible progress.

Though still a nervous girl, Rhea now walks on a harness, enjoys her meals and is showing a growing interest in people. She’ll allow fusses, is happy to be picked up when needed, and is starting to trust more each day. Her journey is ongoing, but she’s already shown so much courage and sweetness.

Rhea needs a calm and quiet, adult only home with adopters who have experience with scared ex-breeding dogs. A kind and confident resident dog is essential to help guide and reassure her as she adjusts to home life. She’s never lived in a home before, so she’ll need lots of time, patience, and gentle encouragement to learn new things like house training.

This lovely girl gets on well with other dogs and is just waiting for someone to give her the chance she truly deserves. While her kennel friends move on to new homes, Rhea is often left behind, but we know the right person will see the wonderful dog she’s becoming.

Please don’t overlook her because she’s shy, with love and understanding, Rhea will blossom into the most loyal and loving companion.

She has a travel document and is ready for the next step on her journey, could that be with you?
