Jem
Jem has come to us from a breeder and has the sweetest nature. She was initially very shy when she first arrived, but now that she has moved to a foster home she is starting to come out of her shell and is a happy little soul.
She had never lived in a home before moving to her foster home, so home life is still very new to her. She is starting to learn new skills like house training, but does need some more practice to master this. She doesn't yet walk on a lead and harness and so this is something that will start to be introduced to her soon.
Jem will need a home where there is at least one other kind and confident resident dog to be her friend and take her under their wing. She is a very sweet girl and in the right home we think she is going to make the most wonderful companion
Jem arrived here with a wart on her face which our vet has removed and some hot spots on the base of her ears, possibly caused by scratching her ears as they were dirty, but they have now been cleaned and treated. She also has an overbite, which doesn't seem to bother her. Jems front legs are quite bowed, which our vet believes is due to a previous injury and this does cause her to walk with a limp. It doesn't cause her any issues currently but her adopters would need to be aware that should she need treatment in the future it would not be covered by insurance.
Can live with other dogs
