31-03-25 This very handsome boy is Morris! He has come to us from a breeder to find his forever home. He is a happy little chappy who is a very friendly boy and enjoys fuss and attention. He is confident enough to be homed as an only dog as long as his adopters were around most of the time, but he could also be homed with other kind resident dogs. He has never lived in a home before so his adopters will need to be kind and understanding as he settles in and learns all about home life and new skills like house training. Morris can already walk well on a lead and is going to love going for walks and adventures with his new family.

Morris has arrived quite overweight and so he is currently on a diet and will need to gently build up his exercise regime to help him shed the extra weight. Morris has a cyst on the left side of his neck which requires no action currently. When Morris first arrived with us, he had a slightly distended stomach, but he has had a scan and vet assessment and they could find no concerns and so it may just be down to retained fluid or fat in the abdomen, but we will continue to monitor him. He also has a slightly sore paw, but this should heal with no issues.

Morris has been neutered and our vets noted that he had several missing teeth and has had to have a further 9 extracted, so would benefit from a soft food diet.

Can live with other dogs

This dog can be homed with a resident dog.
