  • Human family requirements

I need an adult-only home where I can feel safe and loved.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a doggy friend in my new home. I've never met cats so I'm unsure!

  • House and garden requirements

I’m still shy, so I will need a secure garden while I get used to my new home.

  • Out and about requirements

I am learning to walk on a lead, but it's still very new for me.

  • Training needs

I have never lived in a home so I will need help to learn house training.

  • Medical issues

I am fully vaccinated and have slight eye issues which are being assessed.

Humphrey is a sweet little boy who has come to us from a breeder to find his forever home. He’s a gentle soul who needs to gain some confidence and isn't quite brave enough to approach us to say hello just yet, but with a calm and patient approach, he’ll soon allow you to scoop him up and enjoy a cuddle. Once he starts to feel safe, his lovely nature shines through, and with time, love and kindness he will soon start to come out of his shell.

Humphrey will need a calm, adult-only home where he can feel safe and supported as he learns what it means to be a cherished family member. He will need a kind and calm resident dog in his new home who will take him under their wing and be his friend.

As he’s never lived in a home before, Humphrey will need to learn all about house training and his adopters will need to be kind and understanding as he settles into home life.

Humphrey has started to learn all about walking on a lead and harness and is doing well as long as there is another kind dog by his side to offer him reassurance.

With the right environment and lots of gentle love, Humphrey will blossom into a loyal, affectionate companion who will be forever grateful for the second chance he’s been given.

Humphrey arrived with some mild eye discharge, which is currently being assessed by our vet team.
