Scampi

15-10-25 Scampi is a friendly girl who, unfortunately, has found herself at the rescue. Her owner had to make the difficult decision to rehome her as they had to move home, and this meant that she would now be near busy roads in a built-up area, and it was simply not safe for her.

Scampi normally enjoys attention on her own terms; however, she is finding the rescue environment quite overwhelming, so she is taking a while to warm up to the staff.

Scampi would do well as an indoor-only cat, though once she’s settled and bonded with her new family, she could also enjoy some outdoor time. If outdoor access is considered, her new home should be in a quiet area, far from busy roads, to ensure her safety.

We are told that Scampi is allergic to Whiskers cat food, so her new adopters will need to keep this in mind when choosing her food. We are also told that she has previously been fine around dogs and children, so she wouldn't mind sharing her home with others as long as the introductions were done sensibly.
