15-03-26 Pixie has come to us from a breeder, along with some other cats, to find her forever home. She is a worried girl who is overwhelmed to find herself here and in need to love and kindness.

When Pixie first arrived, she was very scared and clearly wasn't used to being touched or handled. Since then, she has started to come out of her shell and once she knows you she really loves a gentle fuss and will even start purring away and asking for more. She especially enjoys a head scratch and it seems like treats are the way to her heart!

She has never lived in a home environment before, so she will need plenty of time, patience and TLC as she adjusts to home life. As she settles in, she will start to come out of her shell and her confidence will slowly grow.

Pixie seems to really enjoy the company of other cats and she could be homed alongside one of her friends that she arrived with. In the right circumstances, she could also be homed where there were other cats or pets, but any introductions would need to be done very gradually.

As she has never been outdoors, Pixie will need to be kept as an indoor-only cat to keep her safe. Access to a secure catio would be a lovely bonus, allowing her some fresh air and enrichment in a controlled environment, though this is not essential.

Pixie is looking for a calm and quiet home with adopters who have experience with cats and who understand that she may take some time to settle in and before she is comfortable being fussed. With lots of love and TLC, she will blossom.

Pixie has a travel document.
