Toffee

15-03-26 Toffee has come to us from a breeder, along with some other cats, to find her forever home. She is a scared girl who is overwhelmed to find herself here and is in need of love and kindness.

When Toffee first arrived, she was very worried and clearly wasn't used to much handling or attention. Since arrival, she has started to come out of her shell and now seems to really enjoy a head scratch once she gets to know you. She loves treats and hiding away in a her cosy bed.

She has never lived in a home environment before, so she will need plenty of time, patience and TLC as she adjusts to home life. As she settles in, she will start to come out of her shell and will let her true personality shine through.

Toffee could be homed as an only cat or she could be homed alongside one of her friends that she arrived with. In the right circumstances, she could also be homed where there were other cats or pets, but any introductions would need to be done very gradually.

As she has never been outdoors, Toffee will need to be kept as an indoor-only cat to keep her safe. Access to a secure catio would be a lovely bonus, allowing her some fresh air and enrichment in a controlled environment, though this is not essential.

Toffee is looking for a calm and quiet home with adopters who have experience with cats and who understand that she may take some time to settle in and before she is comfortable being fussed. With lots of love and kindness, we think she will blossom into a truly wonderful addition.

Toffee has had one tooth extracted at the time of her spay.

Toffee has a travel document.
