15-03-26 Chimney has come to us from a breeder, along with some other cats, to find her forever home. She is a young girl with her whole life ahead of her but is quite overwhelmed and scared at the moment.

She isn’t used to much handling or attention yet and finds this quite worrying, but will now accept a gentle fuss on her terms. She does like to hide away in her bed when humans are around. When she thinks you aren't looking, she is inquisitive and will come out and play and especially enjoys playing with her friends or cat toys.

She has never lived in a home environment before, so she will need plenty of time, patience and TLC as she adjusts to home life. As she settles in, she will start to come out of her shell and will blossom into the sweet girl she was always meant to be.

Chimney could be homed as an only cat or she could be homed alongside one of her friends that she arrived with. In the right circumstances, she could also be homed where there were other cats or pets, but any introductions would need to be done very gradually.

As she has never been outdoors, Chimney will need to be kept as an indoor-only cat to keep her safe. Access to a secure catio would be a lovely bonus, allowing her some fresh air and enrichment in a controlled environment, though this is not essential.

Chimney is looking for a calm and quiet home with adopters who have experience with cats and who understand that she will need time to come out of her shell. In a calm and caring home, where she is allowed to go at her own pace, she will gradually learn to trust and will make a wonderfully loyal friend.

Chimney has a travel document.
