CHINA IS LOOKING FOR A HOME WITH HER FRIEND PORCELAIN

04-08-25 China is a lovely British Blue Shorthair with a sweet and gentle nature, who has come to us from a loving home along with her lifelong companion, Porcelin. Through no fault of their own, these two girls have found themselves in rescue due to a change in their previous owner’s circumstances. Now, China and Porcelin are searching for a fresh start and a forever home together, where they can once again feel safe, settled, and loved.

China is calm, affectionate, and incredibly easy to handle. She enjoys attention and is always happy to receive a soft stroke or a quiet cuddle. Porcelin is equally loving, and the two girls draw comfort and confidence from each other’s presence. They get along beautifully with the other cats here at the rescue and have adjusted to their new surroundings with quiet dignity.

As a bonded pair, China and Porcelin must be rehomed together, they share a strong connection and we don’t wish to split them. They would thrive in a gentle, calm household where they can continue to enjoy life side by side, either as a pair or with other friendly feline companions.

China, like many British Blues, carries all the traits that make this breed so beloved, gentle, laid-back, and devoted. Together, she and Porcelin are looking for a secure indoor-only home where they can relax and enjoy a life of comfort and companionship. Their peaceful temperaments makes them a wonderful fit for a quiet household, and they may be happy in a home with sensible older children who understand how to give them the space and patience they deserve.
